Kumara Bruschetta

A great option for a Christmas Day appetiser.


  • Kumara

  • Olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Peel the kumara and cut the kumara lengthways to desired thickness (Not too thin as you want the kumara to hold toppings).
3. Lightly coat kumara with olive oil and align the kumara as a single layer on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the kumara over after 10 minutes.
4. When ready, the kumara should be tender but also crispy. Perfect topped with Taste Success Spicy Salsa.
