Our specialised 6-week Gut Programme has been developed to nourish your gut and feel great!

All our Gut Programme recipes are based on clean wholefoods and are strictly dairy, refined sugar and gluten-free, to allow you achieve results quicker.

Our programme represents excellent value at just $200 or $150 uncoached via one of our affiliate partners. This includes a Taste Success recipe book, weekly meal plans, shopping lists, health tips and more.

Outcomes

This programme has been developed because gut health issues are so commonplace and are a real driver of other health conditions.  From symptoms such as bloating, constipation, looseness, nausea, pain, reflux, ulcers and more, we know that a healthy diet may provide a great support to recovery from digestive health issues.  

Our programme aims to provide recipes that reduce inflammation, improve function across all organs of your digestive system, improve your natural gut flora and balance food transit time. We also focus on how you eat, as rushed mealtimes, reduced chewing, a stressful eating environment, over-eating and more can really impact your digestive function.

Initial Consultation

Before starting your wellness programme, you will have an initial meeting with your Taste Success Health Coach. The aim of this consultation is to clarify your wellness priorities and to set you up on the right path from the start.

During the consultation you will be introduced to the Taste Success Programme Guide and Recipe Book and you will have a discussion about your current lifestyle, allergies or food intolerances and any day-to-day pressure points you may have.

 

Ongoing Support

Fortnightly meetings over 6 weeks with your Taste Success Health Coach will support your progress. You will have the option to meet either online or in person.

These meetings will give you an opportunity to discuss how things are going, and talk through your progress. You will have a sounding board for any challenges that you are going through. You will also learn about a new, healthier approach to food and we will answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.

All of our programmes are supported with a beautiful pack of materials to help you on your journey.

The Gut Programme comes with a dtunning recipe book with over 130 delicious and easy, gut-friendly recipes to inspire you. You will also recive a programme guide, that includes practical nutritional and lifestyle tips. To save time and to make following the programme easy, you will also receive Weekly Menu's and Shopping Lists.

Our beautiful 'Digest This' book has been especially designed to support the Gut Programme with over 130 recipes, all based on promoting good gut health.
