Watermelon Mocktail

This drink is packed full of electrolytes so is perfect to make to rehydrate in the morning or to have as a mocktail at an event.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 whole watermelon

  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

  • Squeeze of lime juice

Method:

1. Blitz all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
