Pricing

Our programme represents excellent value at just $250 or $200 uncoached via one of our affiliate partners. This includes a Taste Success recipe book, weekly meal plans, shopping lists, health tips and more.

Initial Consultation

Before starting your Refresh programme, you will have and initial consultation with your Taste Success Health Coach. You will discuss through the key challenges from the Foundation Programme and find ways to start building new long-lasting healthy eating habits.

During the consultation you will be introduced to the Taste Success Refresh Programme materials. In addition you and your coach will review your goals and priorities, and discuss how to manage any day-to-day pressure points you may have.

 

Ongoing Support

Fortnightly meetings over 12 weeks with your Taste Success Health Coach will support your progress. You will have the option to meet either online or in person.

These meetings will give you an opportunity to discuss how things are going, and talk through your progress.You will have a sounding board for any challenges that you are going through. You will also learn about a new, healthier approach to food and we will answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.

 

Programme Materials

All of our programmes are supported with a beautiful pack of materials to help you on your journey.

The Refresh Programme comes with beautiful add-on pages to your existing Taste Success recipe book folder, with almost 100 new healthy and delicious recipes. You will also recive a programme guide, that includes practical nutritional and lifestyle tips. To save time and to make following the programme easy, you will also receive Weekly Menu's and Shopping Lists.

 
 

 

Refresh Programme Recipe Book

This new Refresh recipe book has over 100 new healthy recipes, including some of our favourites: Nutty Cereal, Buckwheat Tabbouleh with Tahini Dressing, Cashew Chicken, Beef and Kumara Curry, Ginger Spiced Lentil Soup and Chocolate Brownies.

Refresh helps to teach you even more about nutritious food and how to include nourishing ingredients like millet flour, buckwheat groats, puffed quinoa, cacao powder, and chia seeds into your diet.
