Here’s What You Can Expect on your Taste Success Weight Reduction Programme:
During your initial 30 minute consultation:
- Review your weight reduction goals and health priorities
- Discuss your current diet
- Introduce the programme with the Taste Success Programme Guide
- Introduce the Taste Success Recipe Book
- If desired, note measurements and weight.
Fortnightly visits over 12 weeks will support your progress. These visits will help to optimise your weight reduction and changes in body composition. They also help you learn about a new, healthier approach to food. At these visits, we answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.
The Taste Success Guidebook will provide you with all the details of the programme and its food. In this we share our philosophies and tips to help you.
Taste Success Recipe Book
The Taste Success Recipe Book will provide you with over 100 easy, tasty, and satisfying recipes. These include: Beef, Spinach, and Pumpkin Salad, Red Pepper and Bean Cakes, Stir Fried Chilli Ginger Chicken, Warm Berry Dessert, and many more to delight your tastebuds.

Have you completed the Taste Success programme? Ready for a refresher? Try our Taste Success Refresh programme. It is a 12-week programme that takes you to the next stage of healthy eating with all new recipes and meal plans.
Refresh adds even more delicious and healthy foods to your diet. If you would like to continue to enjoy new recipes, meal plans, and support from us at Taste Success, then the Refresh programme is for you. Refresh builds on and complements the Taste Success programme.
We invite you to join us in the Refresh programme to continue healthy eating with delicious, satisfying recipes.
The new recipe book has over 100 recipes includes breakfasts, juices, soups, salads, dips, and dressings as well as egg, fish, chicken, red meat, and vegetarian dishes. In addition, it has plenty of snacks and treats.
Refresh helps to teach you even more about nutritious food and how to include nourishing ingredients like millet flour, buckwheat groats, puffed quinoa, cacao powder, and chia seeds in your diet while also saving time and money.
Bi-weekly meetings with us are also included as part of the programme to keep you on track and guide you with any questions you may have about food and cooking.
