Lana Molesworth, Programme Facilitator
Based in Hamilton, Lana has a background in early childhood education, customer service, team leader roles, staff training and project work in a corporate environment. As a Certified Life Coach and member of the International Coach Federation, she is passionate about empowering others in creating sustainable change that adds value to their overall health, wellbeing and lifestyle, supporting and inspiring others to thrive in life. Out of her own interest for health and wellness, Lana has become more aware of the journey of food over time and the importance of good nutrition. She likes to source as much fresh produce as possible from her own garden and local farmers markets. She really enjoys experimenting with new recipes and get great satisfaction in creating nutritious meals for family and friends.
Rose Dyson, Programme Facilitator
Rose lives in the heart of the Waikato, where she works as an Early Childhood Teacher in Hamilton. She has always had an interest in healthy food, and well-being but it has only been in the last four years when she started researching how different foods affected children’s behaviour that she came to realise that what has been added to our foods (such as preservatives, MSG, and chemical additives etc) was doing more harm than good.
After losing her own mother to heart disease while she was in her early 30’s, Rose has made the shift to healthy eating and living so she is able to be there for her own grandchildren as they grow older. What started as an interest in healthy eating and health issues ignited within her a desire and passion to learn more in order to be able to help support and encourage others through lifestyle changes. After becoming a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Rose is now building on her current knowledge by studying a Diploma in Health Science with the Naturopathic College of NZ. Rose is excited to be in the Taste Success team, promoting a healthy approach to weight-loss and wellbeing, and to support you as you make life-long changes in becoming the person you want to be, a healthier and happier you!
