Kaye McArthur, Programme Facilitator
A qualified nutrition and health coach who has a passion for real food that is seasonal and local. Together with her husband she owns and operates a market garden, and has over fourteen years experience in the fresh food industry. Kaye and her husband have three teenage children and she understands the pressures faced by families in today’s society. Her philosophy is variety and balance in life and food, and she will guide and encourage you through your journey to a healthy you.
Katrina Mcara, Programme Facilitator
Katrina's journey with health and fitness started early on with fueling herself for sport and then in later years to improve her own health. Including her eczema, which is now managed by wholefoods, instead of creams. Over the last 15 years, Katrina has worked in the fitness industry and as a secondary P.E. Teacher. As well as running her own fitness business, Katrina is a Mum to two young children. She also loves sport and has just completed her first half Ironman. For Katrina, the best parts of the Taste Success programmes are that they are simple to follow, with a variety of wholefoods, which are easy to prepare for busy families. Katrina believes that the Taste Success programmes are a great way to increase your wellbeing through sound nutrition. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals to be the best version of yourself.
Kristy Howard, Programme Facilitator
Kristy is a trained mental health professional with over 15 years experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds who believes strongly in the role good nutrition has on all aspects of health and wellbeing. She is currently working towards a Certificate in Nutritional Psychology through John F Kennedy University. Kristy loves how the Taste Success Programme makes it so easy for clients to develop knowledge and skills in nutrition and wholesome cooking in a supported environment. She is passionate about wholesome, clean eating and the impact this has on our relationship with ourselves, others and the environment. She has recently moved to Lawrence from Australia with her husband and two young daughters, and loves the wholesome way of life New Zealand brings. In between looking after her young family, you will find Kristy in her garden, tending to her veges and learning what she can and can’t grow in this somewhat cooler climate.
Chelsea Hopewell, Programme Facilitator
With 5 years experience, Chelsea currently works as a Beauty Therapist at Spa St Clair and absolutely loves it. She has always been a huge believer of beauty from within and has always had a massive passion for health, fitness and nutrition. After hearing about the Taste Success Programme, she jumped at the chance to be involved and help her clients further with the amazing, delicious meal plans Taste Success have to offer.
Alexandra Dodd, Programme Facilitator
Alexandra is a partner, a mum of two, a step mum to another two and a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, she has many years of experience working one-to-one with people helping them to achieve their health goals. With Taste Success, we use whole real food as the first port of call to help people transform their health and wellbeing, but it is so much bigger than that. Through Taste Success and the support she gives to people throughout the programme, Alexandra has seen people’s lives transform on many levels - work life, home life, relationships, self love. Alexandra loves working as a Health Coach for Taste Success because it provides her with work that she loves in a flexible way that suits her family. It is so rewarding seeing the changes people feel in their bodies, minds and lives. Welcome to Taste Success, you won't regret it!
