Rowena Geisreiter, Programme Facilitator
Our diet plays a vital role in our health and the way we eat has changed dramatically in recent years. Wholesome meals made from pure ingredients have been replaced by meals made from highly processed ingredients and sugar. Today’s food may be cheap and convenient but can also be detrimental to our health. I believe the Taste Success Programme is an excellent solution to this problem. It offers a sustainable approach to healthy eating and wellbeing and makes this easy. My goal is to work with people individually within their own ability to make health and wellness a priority in their lives. I use my experience to support people in establishing a balance between their health, work, family and social commitments. If you were thinking about making some changes in order to create healthier eating and lifestyle habits, I would love to talk to you further.

Nelunka is a trained Occupational Therapist based in Oamaru.
