Rachael Whiffen, Programme Facilitator
Based in the sunny Hawkes Bay, Rachael has been passionate about healthy eating for as long as she can remember. With a background in social work, Rachael applies her non-judgemental, supportive approach to come alongside her clients to encourage them to make lasting changes. Familiar with the complex health challenges that many face today, she is passionate about encouraging people to again take charge of their own health by removing processed food and getting back to eating and enjoying real whole foods. She loves taste success as it is a real practical, balanced programme aimed at supporting people to achieve their health goals and to make lasting changes towards better health.
Lorraine Chilcott, Programme Facilitator
Lorraine lives in the sunny Hawkes Bay, is a mother of 3 boys and has a background in the fitness and personal training industry, where she worked as a qualified trainer for many years. She is compassionate in helping people achieve their goals and knows first hand from her time as a trainer the challenges involved. With her own personal experiences with weight-loss issues she understands the need for eating wholesome, nutritious food as the backbone for any health and wellness journey. She loves that Taste Success provides all this, eating what our bodies are meant to eat and helping us to develop a healthy relationship with food - No fasting, No fake foods, a simple, tasty and healthy eating plan prepared by you.
Mandy Wagg, Programme Facilitator
Based in sunny Napier, Hawkes Bay Mandy has been passionate about a healthy whole foods lifestyle for as long as she can remember. Her passion for healthy eating started when she had her daughter and decided on a simple nutritious diet for her family, cooking and enjoying the foods from her childhood. She grew up with an abundance of fresh wholesome produce and felt it only fair she passed the same onto her family. Mandy understands living healthy can be tough and a challenge. She is dedicated to share her knowledge along with the Taste Success programme to educate and support people in her community to live a healthy life; through good food choices, forming good food habits and enjoying food. Mandy loves Taste Success as it aligns with her back to basic, uncomplicated eating, with easy to follow meal plans and recipes.
