Jessica Mathieson, Programme Manager and Facilitator

Based in the beautiful Wanaka area, Jessica is a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She found her passion for healthy eating by overcoming her own digestive health issues through nutrition. In particular, Jessica is a strong advocate for people reducing their refined-sugar intake and loves that the Taste Success programme supports people on this journey. With a background in early childhood teaching, Jessica applies her teaching knowledge to effectively support and guide her clients through the programme. She loves Taste Success as it provides easy-to-follow recipes that the whole family can enjoy and encourages people to rediscover their joy for cooking with real, nutritious ingredients.

Kylie Bulling, Programme Facilitator

Kylie is a Queenstown-based events and marketing manager that is diving into her passion in the health and wellness arena. She has completed studies in Nutrition with Precision Nutrition and is a qualified Personal Trainer.

She believes strongly in adding nutrition and fitness into your current lifestyle to enhance all areas of your life, and is keen to help you do just that through Taste Success! Kylie is based in Queenstown and is available to support clients around the Queenstown Lakes District.

Kylie loves the Taste Success programme and believes in it fully as a way to improve your current lifestyle and have more energy to live your life to the fullest. Join her for support, encouragement and a few laughs along the way.

Catherine Shelton, Programme Facilitator

Having recently moved to Cromwell in Central Otago following a busy career as an Executive Assistant in Dunedin, Catherine is now looking forward to helping people understand and enjoy their relationship with food through the Taste Success programme. She is passionate about food, especially the recipes you will find as you work your way through your 12-week programme and beyond. One of the reasons that Catherine loves the Taste Success programme is that the recipes are easy to follow using lots of fresh ingredients. And to keep it simple; when you make dinner, you also make enough for lunch for the following day - just wait until you try the salad dressings! She is also looking forward to growing her own herbs and vegetables.

Anna Williams, Programme Facilitator

Based in Queenstown, Anna is a personal trainer and gym manager who believes that eating for your health and wellbeing is so important as it can have a huge impact on your immune system and overall energy levels. Working within a fitness centre, Anna sees the positive effects that eating well has on training and energy levels. She is looking forward to helping others on the path to health and wellness through following a wholesome eating plan with Taste Success. Anna loves the outdoors and all that Central Otago offers. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, adventuring, and she has a particular passion for triathlon. A simple, family friendly programme, Taste Success plans are achievable to anyone willing to make a difference in their lives.
