Jessica Anderson, Programme Manager and Facilitator
Based in the beautiful Wanaka area, Jessica is a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She found her passion for healthy eating by overcoming her own digestive health issues through nutrition. In particular, Jessica is a strong advocate for people reducing their refined-sugar intake and loves that the Taste Success programme supports people on this journey. With a background in early childhood teaching, Jessica applies her teaching knowledge to effectively support and guide her clients through the programme. She loves Taste Success as it provides easy-to-follow recipes that the whole family can enjoy and encourages people to rediscover their joy for cooking with real, nutritious ingredients.
Sarah Carson, Programme Facilitator
Sarah is one of our new programme facilitators situated in the Queenstown area. She is studying with Cadence Health currently and has a real passion about helping others better understand their nutrition and wellbeing. With extensive degrees in Psychology, Addiction Studies, Psychotherapy, and now studying through Cadence Health, Sarah brings impressive qualifications to the table that she’s excited to share with you. She has been on her own weight loss and health journey and understands the difficulties we are faced with in today’s world. Sarah is ready to help guide her clients on the right path to improve their health and wellbeing by working with them through the Taste Success programme using the simple and tasty recipes.
Alice McSweeney, Programme Facilitator
Alice has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Health Education, and recognises the role facilitation has in supporting people to make informed decisions around nutrition and healthy lifestyles. She is currently completing a Professional Coaching Diploma to bridge this educational gap by personally working with clients and supporting them along their journey. Alice is passionate about health, nutrition and wellbeing, and wants to support others to draw on their own strengths to be the best versions of themselves. She loves that Taste Success provides recipes that are quick, simple, and tasty that the whole family can enjoy, as well as ongoing support and guidance. Alice is based in the Queenstown region, so join her for support and accountability to consciously make healthier choices for your wellbeing!
