Kerryn McArthur, Programme Manager (Christchurch) and Programme Facilitator

Kerryn is a Medical Herbalist and Naturopath and has been our facilitator in Christchurch for several years now. Nothing makes her happier than sharing her passion for nutritious and delicious food with her clients, as well as educating and keeping them motivated throughout the program. The feedback she has had since incorporating the program in to her clinical practice has been nothing but positive. The recipes are simple, very tasty and can be enjoyed by whole family. She also enjoys observing the shift in attitude towards food and finds that there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing the naturally occurring health improvements and enhanced vitality that naturally transpire after its completion. Kerryn is a huge believer of food being our first medicine but if required, she will adopt a broader scope of treatment including herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and various testing. She also uses scientifically-validated technology (VLA Quadscan), a bio-impedance tool that can guide you through your journey by enabling you to learn more about your body composition i.e. fat mass, body cell mass which includes both your muscles and organs; hydration levels or the fluid composition inside and outside your cells; and various other parameters which provide valuable information about your current health status, including how well you are ageing. VLA actually stands for Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing.

Annette Telfer, Programme Facilitator

Annette has spent 8 years working and travelling the World with an International Airline and is currently working in the tourism industry. With travelling and being unable to keep up optimal nutrition, she has experienced first hand the devastation to health that modern convenience eating can bring.

Over the past few years she has become passionate about ‘eating clean’ and cooking and sharing the food she prepares with others. She is currently on the Taste Success programme. Annette is committed to personal health and fitness and is keen to assist and coach others along their pathway of discovering the joy of wellness through healthy eating.

Having travelled this journey herself, Annette is aiming to meet and support other people who want to improve their health and assist them to find a simply better way with the Taste Success programme while still having fun along the way.

Sherif Abdrabou, Programme Facilitator

At the age of 5, Sherif moved to Christchurch with his family from Egypt. Moving to a new country at such a young age, gave him the fondness of meeting new people from all around the world and hearing their stories. In 2016, Sherif graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in sport and exercise. Throughout studying, it was the nutrition papers that inspired him to share his knowledge about the benefits of a whole foods based lifestyle. Sherif believes that nutrition is about eating delicious whole foods as a way of nourishing the body, so that people can be the best version of themselves. With the help of the Taste Success programmes, he is excited to support people on their journey towards a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Hannah Ainslie, Programme Facilitator

Hannah came to learn about nutrition due to her own personal struggle with long-term illness and has spent many years researching and implementing clean-eating and living. She is passionate about nutrition and the role it plays on our health and has an extensive personal knowledge of nutrition and current diets on the market. Hannah has completed a Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology and would love to continue her nutrition studies in the future. She is excited to help and educate people to make great food choices for themselves and their families through the Taste Success programme.

Robyn McArthur, Programme Facilitator

Robyn is just like those of you who have been attracted to the Taste Success website. She has had the ups and downs of managing her weight and totally understands the challenges of juggling family and work commitments whilst somehow finding the time to focus on you. To enjoy good health and wellbeing requires ongoing learning and we are now in an age where we are bombarded with advice of what we “should” or “shouldn’t” eat or do. After many years of informally studying the subject of nutrition, Robyn is positive that sticking to a wholesome, tasty meal plan that works for individuals or family needs and to keep moving as much as possible, is the way to go. The Taste Success programme will help you make the required mind-set shift and provide you with a food plan that keeps you on track. Having completed the programme herself, Robyn would love to support you to achieve the outcomes you are wanting.
