Jonas Henehan, Programme Facilitator
Currently based in Christchurch, Jonas is passionate about healthy eating and healthy lifestyle. With several years under his belt working in the organic, wholefoods industry, Jonas has a vast knowledge in the field of diets, dishes and eating well. Raised on a mainly organic diet, Jonas has been surrounded by healthy, nourishing food his entire life. From this background, Jonas is well aware of the effect of what we eat can have on the body. Jonas believes that the Taste Success journey can be one of the easiest, hassle free steps towards better health and well being.
Helena Greyling, Programme Facilitator
Helena feels right at home in the family orientated environment of Rolleston. Working with children for many years, especially children with special needs, gave her the opportunity to experience the direct effect nutrition has on children’s physical and mental well-being. Knowing this, she advocated herself to spreading awareness to parents and care-givers. Taste Success brings the perfect package to present an easy route to healing through nutrition.
Hayley Campbell, Programme Facilitator
Hayley lives in beautiful South Canterbury. She is Mum to two grown children, loves the outdoors and is a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach through Cadence Health, Well College. Hayley first became interested in nutrition and health when one of her children was diagnosed with type one diabetes – this was a game changer. Hayley has worked in the food industry in many roles but has never felt satisfied, until now.
Hayley is passionate about nutrition and health and considers it a privilege to help others reach their goals, she understands we are more likely to succeed when we have support and encouragement. Hayley respects the Taste Success programme for their non-diet approach to good health using nutritionally balance wholefood recipes, lifestyle tips and one-on-on coaching to build skills and confidence for life. Let Hayley help you “taste success” and take control of your nutrition, health and wellbeing.
