Ambrosia Salad

Recipe thanks to Abigail Watson, one of our Wellington facilitators

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Coconut cream, chilled overnight

  • ½ cup of natural yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp of honey

  • 1-2 cups diced fruit of choice

Method:

1. Mix chilled coconut cream and natural yoghurt together using a hand mixer
2. Add honey and fold in diced fruit, can add some chocolate chips for the kids
